You can order from our webshop with an account or as a guest. Find your favourite product(s) and follow the steps below:

1. Add your product(s) to your shopping cart using the green “Add to cart” button.
2. Go to your cart, and click the green “Checkout” button.
3. Fill in your personal details and select your payment method.
4. Check your order.
5. Finalize your payment.

When you’ve paid, you’ll receive an order confirmation email.
When your order is shipped, you’ll receive a shipment confirmation.

You can return your product free of charge within 14 days after receiving the product.

Depending on the product and the reason why you want to return, we will either organize a pick-up or we will send you a return label. In the last case you should bring your product(s) to a parcel shop.

If your item is damaged, contact our customer service so we can help you with a solution.

Sending us detailed pictures of the damage as an attachment in the contact form request will help us find a solution for you faster.

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email confirmation with a link to your tracking portal.
The tracking portal states the current status of your shipment.
